My Spouse’s Mommy’s Milk Cheese

I can’t seem to link directly to the Blog post, but this guy posts a recipe for My Spouse’s Mommy’s Milk Cheese (posted on February 6, 2010).
I’m both intrigued and horrified. He wonders why it’s not for sale in restaurants. I don’t think I could do it, and I’ve eaten whale meat!
I’m not sure how I feel about this?
